Our site in Groeslon recently welcomed 70 pupils from nearby primary schools Ysgol Groeslon, Ysgol Carmel and Ysgol Bronyfoel.
Split into two groups of 35, the pupils were firstly taken on a short tour of the site. Accompanied by Site Manager, Robert Williams, and Labourer, Christopher Giles, the pupils were able to hear about the build process and the construction materials used. After the tour, the children were then tasked with taking some measurements in the area that will soon be their new classrooms! Armed with measuring wheels and tape measures, clipboards and workbooks, the pupils set to work on completing their project.
This site visit forms part of our commitment to engaging with the local community and is one of many activities we have planned with local educational establishments this year.
Thank you to all who took part.
