Newmark Developments is a specialist division focusing on the delivery of large-scale mixed use residential and commercial projects.

Working closely in partnership with clients in both the public and private sectors, the division produces innovative solutions to create prestigious developments which answer the specific needs of the local community. Typically, these may include housing, retail, leisure and commercial elements, along with all the necessary infrastructure.

Some of our larger current projects include the much-anticipated Gorse Stacks development in Chester, where an eye-catching contemporary design complements the historical surroundings of the city and its architectural heritage. At Droylsden in Manchester, Newmark are working on a dramatic development which will completely transform and regenerate an extensive area of the town, creating a superb new canal marina focal point.
