Once you've selected your new Watkin Jones home, our Sales Advisor will be with you every step of the way - from reserving* the property right through to completion.

Choosing Your Mortgage

If you haven't already decided on a mortgage, your Sales Advisor will be happy to introduce you to a recommended Financial Advisor who can talk you through your options and tailor-make a mortgage deal that's just right for you.

Selecting a Solicitor

Most people use a solicitor to guide them through all the legal aspects of buying and selling a property. If you don't already have one, your Sales Advisor can provide you with a choice of local solicitors, along with a general idea of their charges.

Exchange of Contracts

It is at this stage when your purchase becomes a legal commitment between Watkin Jones and yourself**, and you pay your deposit. Once again, our Sales Advisor will guide you through the whole process.

Legal Completion

When the building of your new home is completed and NHBC have issued their certificate, we will invite you along to view it before you complete the purchase and are handed the keys.

Please note: *When you reserve your chosen property you will be asked to pay a Reservation Fee.  This forms part of the purchase price and will be deducted from the amount due when you complete your purchase.  If you don't go ahead with the purchase this fee cannot, unfortunately, be refunded - but if you choose another Watkin Jones home on the same development, we will credit you with the full amount. **If you are unable to exchange contracts at the end of the agreed period, Watkin Jones Homes reserve the right to put the plot back onto the market.
