Part Exchange Option

If you decide to buy a larger or more expensive home, part exchanging your current property could be a helpful option. Watkin Jones would accept your home as part payment of the cost of the your new home.

The availability of this option depends, of course, on the state, value and location of your current property - and it is only offered on selected developments, as indicated in the Home Finder section of this website.
