Victoria Dock, Caernarfon

Construction of a prestigious arts facility with 400-seat auditorium, rehearsal studios, teaching accommodation, function rooms, enterprise units, restaurant and bar. Predominantly timber clad, steel framed construction on substantial piled foundations in a harbourside location. Very significant value engineered savings achieved.
