Watkin Jones operates a Quality Management System which complies fully with BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Compliance with the standard requires the high quality of planning, and project management and execution which has become the hallmark of Watkin Jones. Originally accredited by BSI Management Systems in January 1998, Watkin Jones has maintained its accreditation through all the subsequent audits, both internal and external.

The regular audits and reporting are a catalyst for continual improvement. Combined with post-contract Customer Satisfaction Surveys and regular site inspections at Board level, they enable us to achieve our aim: not just to match clients’ requirements, but to exceed them – every time.
