About the role
As a Site Manager, you’ll be working alongside the Project Manager monitoring the working programme, managing subcontractors and working closely with the Quantity Surveyors. You’ll also be arranging and attending weekly meetings on site to reporting information to the Project Manager.
What you’ll be doing
Based on site, working as part of a team you’ll be responsible for managing the works on site to ensure the project is completed safely, profitably and on time. The Site Manager will communicate with the sub-contractors ensuring project requirements are met, review site wastage, and review and manage H&S procedures.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally you will have experience of working at a Site Manager level, with strong time management skills, and strong negotiation skills. The role is working for our Student Accommodation Division so experience of large, high rise projects is advantageous.
