About the role
Sales Negotiators are the first point of contact for our clients. Working to agreed targets and KPI’s Liaise with clients throughout the entire sales journey from reservation to client receiving the keys to their new home.
What you’ll be doing
Based from the development, you’ll be arranging and conducting viewings / appointments with clients, ensuring all sales prospects are followed up to achieve a reservation of the property as soon as possible. As you’d have ownership of the entire sales process you’ll be following all reservations through the sales procedures to achieve timely exchange of contracts, liaising/cross checking with clients, financial advisers and all solicitor’s parties.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, ideally new Homes but experience from other sectors could also be transferable into this role. The role involves working from 10:30am to 5:00pm 5 days per week inclusive of weekends. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working to targets with strong administration skills and be an excellent negotiator for this position.
