About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Homes Residential team who will be responsible for overseeing, managing and driving all aspects of the Sales and Marketing areas for the Residential developments reporting directly to the Sales Director.

What you’ll be doing

Based from the St. Asaph or the Preston Brook offices with regular travel to the developments (which are based in North Wales and the North West) you’ll be driving enquiries and footfall to the live and forthcoming developments, while monitoring enquiries weekly with the sales teams on site and tracking potential prospects to secure reservations. Working in a target driven environment you’ll need to be aware of sales prices against nett figures and be able to make informed decisions on any requested sales deals to secure a reservation and be focussed on achieving the sales target required for each financial year.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in Sales and Marketing management of new Homes. The role is a hands-on position where you will be working autonomously to achieve set KPI’s. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing Sales staff previously and be able to motivate, develop colleagues, and deliver persuasive, clear messages in a style appropriate to the audience.
