About the role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be meeting and greeting visitors to the Head Office of the Watkin Jones Group based in Bangor, and answering calls via the switchboard, directing people to the appropriate department or contact whilst maintaining a professional manner to reflect the company image.
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:15pm
Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm

The receptionist has responsibility for general administration tasks including data input, filing, photocopying and emailing as well as:
Who we’re looking for
You’ll need to be comfortable working off your own initiative and be able to pick up new tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will be MS office proficient, with previous administration experience and have effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to converse using the Welsh language.
