About the role

Our administration support staff provide a hands-on support function to both our Divisional Senior Management and the department. As a Quantity Surveyor Administrator, you’ll be working closely with the Private Rented Sector (PRS) Commercial Team ensuring that administration tasks are completed in a timely manner to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

Based from the St. Asaph offices you’ll be working reactively to offer general administration support to the department including typing up correspondence, data inputting, scanning, photocopying and filing. You’ll also be liaising with subcontractors for the Division and managing the filing system of subcontractor information implementing new systems as required.

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience and be comfortable working with financial data. You will also need to have effective communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work to a high standard independently. Experience of working within the Construction industry is desirable.
