About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be managing the allocated project including the attainment of the required quality, safety programme, profitability, co-ordination of site works and management of subcontractors resulting in a successful project completion.
What you’ll be doing
Based on site acting as the main point of contact for clients, you’ll be formulating and presenting progress reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Our Project Managers have overall responsibility for construction, through to the completion of the building, to the agreed programme, formulating and agreeing main contract programmes and setting the agenda for the construction process and the design/ information co-ordination to achieve that process.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience of residential builds including apartments and has a hands-on approach to work who has the ability to encourage and develop communication methods employed by staff nurturing a positive supportive approach to developing staff.
