About the role

As a Personal Assistant (PA), you’ll be providing a hands-on administrative support function offering administration assistance reactively to the Deputy Managing Director of the Watkin Jones Group Homes Division.

What you’ll be doing

Based from the St. Asaph offices you’ll be responsible diary coordination and management (to include making appointments with Clients and professional contacts as required) for Deputy MD, making travel and accommodation arrangements and prepare papers for diary engagements. To assist with workload, you’ll be organising and screening incoming correspondence, identifying issues for action and distributing as appropriate to team members

Who we’re looking for

As you’ll be offering a support function, you’ll need to be comfortable working off your own initiative and be able to pick up new tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will be MS office proficient, with previous PA experience and have effective communication skills both written and verbal. You’ll need to be able to work with set deadlines, and be comfortable chasing and source outstanding information and remind others of deadlines as specified by the Deputy MD.

It is essential that you have experience of working within the Construction Industry or have a full understanding of the Build process.
