About the role
As a HR Administrator you’ll be supporting the HR team gaining exposure to all aspects of HR including Generalist HR, Training & Development and Recruitment. The role offers a new challenge in a fast paced, dynamic working environment.
Hours of work:
This position offers an immediate start.
What you’ll be doing
Based from the Preston Brook offices the role will offer a variety of tasks including assisting the HR Advisor maintaining the Group’s HR system, gathering payroll information and supporting managers with the onboarding process. Assisting the Recruitment division with advertising, sifting of CV’s and 1st stage telephone interviews. You will also gain exposure into the Training and Development of Group employees working closely with the Training and Development Manager.
Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a HR department and will be comfortable working off their own initiative. You need to have strong MS office skills, ideally with HR systems experience and have effective communication skills both written and verbal.
