About the role

Based from the St. Asaph offices, with regular travel to the Watkin Jones developments across the UK, this is a hands-on role where you’ll be creating a positive Health and Safety culture at all levels throughout the Group.

What you’ll be doing

As a H&S Advisor you’ll assist and advise management at all levels with the preparation, implementation and where necessary, review of the health and safety policy as well as supporting colleagues at all levels in their efforts to improve health, safety and environmental performance and set a good personal example. The role involves being on site carrying out as necessary periodic inspections and investigations of the company’s activities and report to the contract and line management any apparent breaches of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation, company policy or company procedures.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, we are looking for a H&S advisor who has experience of working in the construction industry and has experience of working on site and is comfortable with UK wide travel.
