About the role

As a Commercial Manager, you’ll be commercially responsible for allocated Private Rented Sector (PRS) schemes across the UK, reporting information punctually and accurately on all financial aspects of the division. Monitoring the financial progress of a project be a large part of the role, promoting a positive attitude towards variations with the Commercial team, and encourage regular meetings with an honest up-front approach to clients to ensure a fair resolution of accounts and claims.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working three days on site with the remaining two days a week being spent in the St. Asaph office managing and developing the commercial team members to allow the staff to perform to the best of their abilities, encourage decision making and provide support to those with problems, suggest solutions and implement procedures.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who has a proven track record working for a Main Contractor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated looking for a new challenge, with experience of working on high rise developments.
