About the role
We’re looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant (part qualified) to assist with the responsibility for the day to day operation of the finance department. The role is based in our Head Office in Bangor and offers full time working hours of:
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday
8:00am – 3:30pm Friday
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working closely with the Management Accountant dealing with the preparation of monthly management accounts including reconciliation of intercompany accounts, cashflow management and ensure the completion and timely delivery of VAT and CIS returns. Due to the nature of the business you would also be involved working with the Asset Manager in the preparation of annual service charge expenditures certificates including reconciliation to the ledgers.
Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will be part qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent, who has experience of working in a commercial environment. Experience of working in the property industry is also desirable. You’ll be happy to work off your own initiative and be able to offer a high level of output with little supervision.
