About the role
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be reporting to the PA for the Group CEO based from the Group’s Head Offices in Bangor providing a hands-on administrative support function offering assistance reactively.
The hours of work are:
Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for general administration including typing up correspondence, data inputting, scanning, photocopying and filing (electronic and paper based) The role includes liaising with Watkin Jones Group employees across the UK, collating reporting information within given timeframes.
Who we’re looking for
As you’ll be offering support to the PA to the Group CEO, you’ll need to be comfortable working off your own initiative and be able to pick up new tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will be MS office proficient, with previous administration experience and have effective communication skills both written and verbal.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
