Graduate Scheme
The Watkin Jones Group offer a 2 year graduate programme, providing support and training designed to fast-track graduates to a management role.
Graduates work on live projects and rotate between various areas of the company’s operations to help them decide on a chosen field for their future career – with the possibility of full time employment within the Watkin Jones Group.
The scheme offers:
- Mentoring and coaching
- Real role responsibility
- Further training, within the company and externally, and potential for extra professional qualifications such as - RICS & CIOB
- Annual salary in the region of £20,000 including relocation package and car allowance
- Full employee benefits including Pension and Health Care plans and 25 days holiday
