Archive Stores, Llangefni

Client: Anglesey County Council
Project Value: £587,677
Architect: Isle of Anglesey County Council
Practical Completion: April 2011

The Anglesey Archives collects and preserves historical documents relating to the island of Anglesey.
The works comprised a secure storage facility within an existing industrial unit, office space and the fit out of Mechanical and Electrical systems.

The secure store was constructed using a specialist ‘Durasteel’ product, and a full ventilation system was introduced to control air intake and extraction.

The offices were fitted out with bespoke glazed partitions and included full decoration for the buildings workers.
