Health and safety policies and procedures are embedded within every area of our work. Comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits and training programmes for our employees together with a culture of continual improvement, create safe working environments at all times.
Compliance is our absolute minimum standard and we strive to continuously improve our procedures. We operate a behavioural safety programme to promote a strong health and safety culture within our business and this has led to a progressive reduction in the number of accidents and incidents.
Our health and safety management system is accredited with a Five Star Grading from the British Safety Council and we actively support the construction industry’s Working Well Together campaign. We are also fully CHAS accredited (Construction Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) and together with key developers we actively work to improve safety standards across the UK.
